To offer a first class service and personalized attention to retirees
Banco Provincia launched a special plan to deliver debit cards to retirees from the Argentine Social Security Administration (ANSES) in 12 branches, fitting out rooms with amenities and dedicated staff to assist them to activate cards and use ATMs.

A retiree, assisted by an employee of the San Miguel branch, learns how to use the ATM
The plan was implemented in the following branches: City Bell, Lincoln, Merlo, Olivos, Puerto de Mar del Plata and San Miguel, and during June it will be also put into effect in Avellaneda, Barrio Universitario de Bahía Blanca, Bolívar, Mercedes, Morón and Necochea.
The President of Banco Provincia, Gustavo Marangoni, stressed that "our purpose is to provide a first class service and to optimize customer service quality, as requested by Governor Daniel Scioli".
The Bank fitted out certain branches to provide retirees with tailored made services in rooms equipped with television and seats, where they may be assisted by employees eager to help them in the use of ATMs.
The Social Security Salary Account for crediting retirement and pension benefits paid by the ANSES is free of charge, with no maintenance fees. Likewise, ATM transactions have no cost throughout the country as well as debit cards issued to beneficiaries and their proxies.
Accountholders may use their debit cards to purchase at stores and supermarkets, taking advantage of any refund and discount offered by the Bank to its customers. They can also be used to pay taxes or services through alternative channels (ATMs or Provincia internet banking) or by automatic debit.
Moreover, Banco Provincia provides two additional services: Insurance against theft at ATMs and Advance of Retirement and Pension Benefits, which allows their collection a week earlier.
Although using a debit card is convenient and beneficial, retirees and pensioners who wish to keep on collecting their benefits at the Bank's counters are welcome to do it.
